Dimplex Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Remote won’t work Cannot put fire on

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Dimplex Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Whitby and on testing was confirmed to be dead.

The bottom terminals had signs of a battery leak and were corroded.  Once these terminals were replaced full functionality was restored (see testing video)
