Purple line Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Purple line
Customers Fault Description : Not pairing with controller No lights
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This motor mover remote control arrived safely from Norwich and on testing was cofirmed to not respond to its double power button press.
This was due to the red LED being physically shattered. A replacement was fitted as well as a replacement battery cable which then restored full functionality.
