Customer's Fault Description
Screen went blank, when I went to change battery I discovered disconnected lead on battery. Screen still blank when connection made with loose lead!
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This LPG stove remote control arrived safely from Newmarket and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery cable making the remote dead.

A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
