Customer's Fault Description
The plastic coiled plastic covering to the wires of the control handset have become frayed exposing the wires. This will be apparent upon inspection and simply needs to be replaced with a straight wire cover as illustrated on your website.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Renfrewshire and on inspection was confirmed to have a damaged cable. A replacement straight cable was fitted. The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
