Customer's Fault Description
The fire won’t ignite. The LED is not lighting up when the ignition button is pressed. We changed the battery, but still no ignition or LED lighting up.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote control arrived safely from West Byfleet and on testing was found to be dead. 

This was due to a faulty regulator, the regulator and battery cable was replaced which restored full functionality.
