Customer's Fault Description
Unable to turn TV on when pressing “power” button on remote control. On the rare occasions the tv does turn on I’m unable to navigate through the tv screen using the “up” and “down” arrows on the remote control. Thanks
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This TV Remote Control arrived safely from Devon and on testing was found to be transmitting but the signal was scrambled and inconsistent.

This was due to a faulty oscillator.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
