Customer's Fault Description
Will not light fire . Makes loud clicking but nothing happens.
When fire is lit manually the remote will turn down the flame and turn it off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This gas fire remote control arrived safely from Farnham and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation and would work with our test receiver. The remote was then tested randomly over a 3 day period with no fault being found. It was concluded that the issue is most likely with the customers receiver.
