Remote not working, changed batteries but still no power to it . Remote doesn’t light up the screen
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Central heating remote control arrived safely from Southport and on testing was confirmed to be dead. The issue was caused by the batteries being inserted incorrectly.
Once the batteries were inserted correctly the remote sprang to life with no fault.
The first image of the batteries below shows the incorrect orientation of the batteries as it arrived with us, the second battery image shows the correct orientation.
