Customer's Fault Description
Gas fire not responding. Control shows flashing low battery despite have full new battery inserted.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Liverpool and on testing was confirmed to have an erroneous battery indicator. This was due to a faulty regulator, a replacement was fitted as well as a new battery cable which restored full functionality.
The supplied battery was totally drained due to the faulty regulator draining it, a replacement battery will also be supplied on return.
