Customer's Fault Description
All buttons stopped working, not sure if batteries leaked and corroded the circuit board. Tried cleaning inside then switched on and worked but couldn't switch off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Shower remote control arrived safely and on inspectio nwas found to have suffered a battery leak which had corroded the print on both sides which caused the buttons to not respond.
The switch array and reset button were removed and the print reworked then refitted (this had to be fitted using the print that was available making it slightly off center).
Green solder mask was used to encase the rest of the print to protect it from further corrosion.
Full functionality was restored.
