Power on/off on the hand set not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This ECO oscillating heater remote control arrived safely from Camberley and on testing was found to be intermittent, when the batteries were moved the remote would work.  On close inspection of the battery terminals there was corrosion from an apparent battery leak (see image).

The terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
