Customer's Fault Description
Does not switch on (display is blank). Batteries have been swapped. Remote was accidentally dropped down a set of stairs which has possibly dislodged something. There is a slight rattle when shaken but not sure if this existed before the drop.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Roof blind remote control arrived safely from Wendover and on testing was found to be powering up and transmitting as per normal.
The controller was then tested over a 2 day period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
