Mertik Maxitrol G30-ZRRSB Repair
No signal between the remote and receiver. I suspect the receiver is the problem. The gas fire works fine manually. All batteries have been changed.

Unsure of make of chair but handset cable states Dewert. Chair will recline but not rise. We have 2 identical chairs and the other chairs handset will operate the rise action on this chair so am presuming it's the handset that has a fault not the chair.

The “Narcom 4†started to fail some time ago. I used contact cleaner from the outside and the remote started to work again. Unfortunately, the remote stopped working again and contact cleaner did not cure the problem the second time around. I believe non of the buttons work.

Remote seems OK - red light shows for 'up' and 'down'. Down works fine but not Up. Receiver light does not display when Up activated on remote. Following suggestion, tried a trace of contact fluid on the circuit board / wire connector interface: this worked for a few activations! Batteries OK (changed for fresh). Date of manufacture of receiver 04/2012.
