Customer's Fault Description
Unsure of make of chair but handset cable states Dewert. Chair will recline but not rise. We have 2 identical chairs and the other chairs handset will operate the rise action on this chair so am presuming it's the handset that has a fault not the chair.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Rise and recline chair 2 button handset arrived safely from Herne Bay and on inspection the cable had damaged cores at the remote entry point.
The cable was cut back and refitted to bypass the breaks.
