Customer's Fault Description
The garage door remote stopped working. The remote light still flashes and new battery fitted
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote control arrived safely from Sheffield and on testing was found to be transmitting on both buttons as per normal operation.
The signal was tested and found to be correct at 868mhz.
Unfortunately as this item is transmitting it has been classed as no fault found. It could be an issue with the receiver or it may be that the remote needs "pairing" with the receiver (this is something we cannot do remotely).
