The remote doesn't turn on the fire. Looking to see if the remote is faulty before we call out an engineer to look at the fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Infra Red Gas Fire Remote control arrived safely from Leeds and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal. Please note that the up button (top right) alone will not activate without the bottom left button being pressed at the same time, this is normal to prevent accidental button presses that makes the fire increase.
