Customers Fault Description : Menu button back button not working . New batteries inserted display comes up and up and down buttons work
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
THis remote control arrived safely from Peterborough and on testing the menu button was confirmed to be non functioning. The button was replaced which restored full functionality.
