Customer's Fault Description
Dropped remote and hasn't worked since. Have put new batteries in and cleaned battery terminals but still not working. I can hear something loose inside.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This caravan mover remote control arrived safely from Ayrshire and on testing was confirmed to not power up.  This was due to the shaft of the internal switch being broken.  A replacement switch was fitted which restored full functionality.
