When selecting to increase gas flow the indicator on the receiver fails to illuminate and the gas valve does not open whereas on the lower it illuminates and the gas valve closes.

I think it’s the start/stop button as I have managed to change the time and date when I’ve changed the batteries. It just doesn’t seem to switch the fire on or off. The battery level shows low even when we’ve changed the batteries.
