All adjustments stopped working Suspect badly damaged cable.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Six button electric bed remote control arrived safely and on inspectio nthe button contacts were worn and the cable was damaged.

Replacement conductive pads were glued into place and then a replacement straight black cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly white kind)
