Customer's Fault Description
Does not seem to be connecting to the control box, goes green then after a few seconds it turns off.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Caravan remote arrived safely from Mynydd Isa and on testing was found to not transmit an RF signal.

When opened this was found to be due to the oscillator breaking away from the PCB.  This was soldered firmly back into position which restored full functionality.
