Gazco riva Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : No button working on remote

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Remote control for an electric fire arrived safely from Edinburgh and on testing was found to have sluggish button response.

This was due to worn button contacts.

Replacement conductive pads were glued into place under each button.
