Customer's Fault Description
When selecting to increase gas flow the indicator on the receiver fails to illuminate and the gas valve does not open whereas on the lower it illuminates and the gas valve closes.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Largs and on testing the remote control was found to be transmitting as per normal with our test receiver.
The customers receiver unfortunately has suffered a battery leak. Due to this a repair is not possible.
