Customer's Fault Description
the remote control has suddenly stopped communicating with the sound system
none of the buttons work on the remote - not even on/off
we now have to control from the sound system rather than using remote
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bose remote control arrived safely from Fittleworth and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.
The control was opened to check for defects but no fault could be replicated.
The control was then tested randomly over a 3 day period with no fault being found.
It could be possible that the remote needs pairing again with the receiver, please consult the instruction manual for details.
