Customer's Fault Description
Most of the protective covering of the lead has disintegrated, so a new lead is required. Some wires have come adrift from the control, board and need reconnecting
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Recliner remote control arrived safely from Worth Crawley and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable and faulty buttons.

Both buttons were replaced and then a replacement straight cable fitted (we cannot ge tthe curly kind)
