Customer's Fault Description
No longer works. All batteries replaced (both remote & receiver). The remote screen is working, but it is not activating the receiver (it was working a day or so ago).
Remote Fixer Repair Response

THis gas fireplace remote control arrived safely from the United States and on testing was found to not rtansmit a signal on any button press.

This was due to a faulty Ultrasonic Transducer.  A replacement was fitted which restored full functionality.
