Customer's Fault Description
The showers switches off unexpectedly or won’t switch on at first time of asking , I have replaced the main pcb but still have the same issue, screws missing from the rear battery compartment cover .
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Digital shower remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to turn itself off within a few seconds.  Unfortunately this was pinpointed to the main IC which isn't replaceable but we did have a spare main board with a faulty RF panel.   The RF panel was then swapped out onto the doner board and full functionality was restored.

Please note that the remote will need to be re-paired with the shower on return. 

Replacement screws were fitted on the battery cover.
