Customer's Fault Description
The remote was dropped on the hearth and has now stopped working. No buttons appear to work. I've changed the batteries, but to no effect.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Electric Fire Remote Control arrived safely from Sheffield and on testing was found to have a non functioning power button. This was due to a small crack in the carbon trace. THe trace was reworked which restored full functionality.
A clone was shipped 26th Jan 2024 as the original developed another issue.
