Focal point evoke Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Focal point

Model : evoke

Customers Fault Description : Remote control doesn’t work anymore

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery terminal was damaged because an incorrect sized battery was inserted (these remotes require a CR2025 and not a CR2032 which is too thick)

Unfortunately the PCB was also cracked across the middle, possibly from an attempted opening prior to arrival with us. Luckily we did have a spare PCB which was fitted and full functionality was restored.

It will be fitted with a correct CR2025 on return.
