Customers Fault Description : No longer connects with the fire place
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing.
On testing the remote was found to be transmitting as per normal on each button press.
The remote was then tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found and the issue may be with the receiver itself.
