Manufacturer : Gazco
Customers Fault Description : Dropped the remote and now not working
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Gas fire remote control arrived safely from Brentwood and on testing was found to be dead.
This was due to a faulty battery cable. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
