Willowbrook Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : The button to raise the feet is not working.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Adjustable bed remote control arrived safely from Kent.
The cable was tested as ok and the button contacts were found to be within spec. A component test was then carried out but no issue could be found.
Unfortunately we could not find an issue with the remote and it has been classed as no fault found.
After talking to the customer it was concluded to replace the cable in case of an internal intermittent break, a replacement straight cable was fitted.
