Klarstein Repair
The remote is for an electric fire I bought new direct from Klarstein. It has never worked. We've tried different batteries but we can't get the remote to come on. It would be great if you could get it to work because the fire won't work without it. They have issued a refund for the fire but it seems a shame to skip it.

Hormann HSE2 - 868 - BS Repair
The 3 fobs were working but very slowly. I assumed that the batteries needed replaced. I have put 3 new batteries in the fobs but they aren't working any longer and no light appears when I press the buttons. I'm not sure if they need repair or re-programmed but how do I reprogramme if I can't get a light from the fob when i depress the buttons?
