Klarstein Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Klarstein
Customers Fault Description : The remote is for an electric fire I bought new direct from Klarstein. It has never worked. We've tried different batteries but we can't get the remote to come on. It would be great if you could get it to work because the fire won't work without it. They have issued a refund for the fire but it seems a shame to skip it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Electric fire remote control arrived safely from Wetherby and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal operation on each button press. The code being transmitted was confirmed to be correct.
The remote was then tested randomly over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
