Waview Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Waview
Customers Fault Description : no buttons work, cannot switch tv on (not TV as this is powered on).Tried changing battery a couple of times, but remote is lifeless
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This TV remote control arrived safely from Bolton and on testing was found to be transmitting as per normal. The control was tested over a 3 day period at random intervals with no fault being replicated.
This item has been classed as no fault found. A battery will be supplied fitted on return to eliminate the possibility of a battery / insertion issue being the cause. Failing that it may be a fault with the TV itself.
