Customers Fault Description : Head movement not functioning

This Adjustable bed remote control arrived safely and on inspection a cable test was carried out with no issue being found.
A component test was carried out side by side with another working remote and again no issue could be found.
It is possible that the issue is with the bed mechanism itself.
This item has been classed as no fault found.
