Customer's Fault Description
The 3 fobs were working but very slowly.
I assumed that the batteries needed replaced.
I have put 3 new batteries in the fobs but they aren't working any longer and no light appears when I press the buttons.
I'm not sure if they need repair or re-programmed but how do I reprogramme if I can't get a light from the fob when i depress the buttons?
Remote Fixer Repair Response
These garage door remotes arrived safely from Inverness and on testing each was found to transmit on each button press as per normal.
The customer is to test the remotes using batteries such as Eveready (just in case of bad batteries being the issue)
These items have been classed as no fault found.
