Vibradorm Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Vibradorm
Customers Fault Description : Remote dropped onto floor and now no buttons are working i.e. none producing any response from bed. Also, only half of the buttons cause the red power indicator to light when pressed.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Adjustable bed remote control arrived safely from Towcester and on testing was found to have intermittent power.
This waws due to an impacted battery terminal making a poor connection. The terminal was replaced which restored full functionality.
