Customer's Fault Description
transponder fob is not talking to the alarm unit on the bike. The red light within the fob does not uluminate, 2 x new batteries have been installed 16/3/24 but still not working.

Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Bike alarm fob arrived safely from Ipswich and on testing was confirmed to not respond to the button presses.
This was due to a corroded terminal, there was a tiny section of surface corrosion which was making a battery connection intermittent.
The terminals were etched clean which restored full functionality.
