Truma SE Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : On/off toggle switch missing. Case damaged and doesn't clip together. Batteries leaked swapped out for new ones did work for a short while but springs now snapped off on battery contacts

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Caravan mover remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have badly corroded battery terminals from a battery leak. A missing switch cap and the case was split apart.

The terminals were replaced and a replacement switch cap fitted which restored full functionality.

The case was hot glued back together.
