Customer's Fault Description
On/off toggle switch missing.
Case damaged and doesn't clip together.
Batteries leaked swapped out for new ones did work for a short while but springs now snapped off on battery contacts
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Caravan mover remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have badly corroded battery terminals from a battery leak. A missing switch cap and the case was split apart.
The terminals were replaced and a replacement switch cap fitted which restored full functionality.
The case was hot glued back together.
