Customer's Fault Description
The volume low button and the mute button are not working. The others are Ok....so far.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Wurlitzer remote control arrived safely from Canterbury and on testing was confirmed to have some non responsive / sluggish button responses.

This was due to worn button contacts, replacement conductive pads were glued under all buttons.  Full functionality was restored.

On of the terminals was also replaced as it had signs of corrosion from a battery leak.
