Customers Fault Description : Signals to hand controller are hit and miss. Not able to use massage unit.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This remote arrived safeely and on inspection the cable was tested and found to be continuous. After talking to the customer it was found that by bending the cable the remote would be intermittent which pinpointed the cable as being the fault.
A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind)
