Customer's Fault Description
Remote kept saying batteries needed replacing constantly, even when they were replaced the message was still there. Screen has now gone (mostly) blank, flicks on occasionally but not long enough to actually use remote.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This boiler remote control arrived safely from Weston Super Mare and on testing was found to be functioning as normal.
The remote was tested at random intervals over a 3 day period with no fault being replicated. Without seeing a fault a repair cannot be carried out. This item has been classed as no fault found.
