Customer's Fault Description
One button needs replacing and also needs a new gp27a battery. Fob works erratically which I suspect is due to low battery voltage and collapsed button.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This Veto key fob arrived safely from Leicestershire and on testing was confirmed to have a faulty button.  Both buttons were replaced and an Energizer battery supplied fitted.  Full functionality was restored.
