Pure Evoke Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Pure

Model : Evoke

Customers Fault Description : Batteries need replacing and tinted plastic 'window' needs to be re affixed.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This remote arrived safely and on inspection the IR cover was detached from the remote.

The remote was reassembled properly and then the battery replaced.

The case and buttons were also cleaned up and the PCB checked with no defects found.
