Customer's Fault Description
After caravan being in storgae for 6 months the remote controller stopped working properly. Changed 9 volt battery (checked voltage of new battery and old battery both over 9v. Re- Paired remote controller to the main system sucessfully.
After turning on the system the only buttons on the remote controller that work are:
The Power On button and the offisde centre ram intermittently.
The following LED's work correectly too.
The centre green LED that represent a level caravan, The right centre ram LED, the Legs down warning LED and the withdraw front wheel LED.
Page 16 of the manual identifies these as: 3, 4, 5, 13 and 15.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Remote Control Handset for the E&P Levelling System arrived safely from Coventry and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button press as per normal. The remote was opened to check for defects but no issue could be replicated.
