HSL (4-button and reset) Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : HSL (4-button and reset)

Customers Fault Description : The usual: frayed, split shroud on 8-core cable at handset strain relief.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This recliner remote control arrived safely from Newbury and on inspection was found to have a damaged cable.

A replacement straight cable was fitted (we cannot get the curly kind). The rest of the remote was tested as ok.
