Dimplex Electric fire Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Dimplex Electric fire

Customers Fault Description : On / off button not working. Will work when changing between functions. Fire to be turned on manually

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This Electric fire remote control arrived safely and on testing was found to be dead when testing the power button.

This was due to a tiny corrosion spot in the print causing an open circuit.  The print was reworked which restored full functionality.
