Customers Fault Description : Hello my Dad has Advanced Parkinsons and can no longer push the buttons on the remote. I’m his son - they just about work for me but can see why he is struggling. The buttons have not always been like this so hopefully there is something you can find.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This recliner chair remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have badly worn button contacts. Replacement conductive pads were glued under each of the main buttons and the rest of the remote tested as ok.
The total price as per our sites fixed price policy is £20 plus postage/packing (£26 in total) - all items are return by Tracked methods to reduce the risk of loss or damage!
