Customers Fault Description : remote not working due to solder broken away from battery frame
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This garage door remote control arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a damaged battery housing. The battery housing was refitted after replacing the insulating edging. Full functionality was restored.
A set of batteries will be supplied fitted on return
